A localização é perfeita e com uma visão maravilhosa da praia, bem em frente ao aterro da Praia de Iracema. A equipe da recepção é bastante atenciosa. O apartamento tem o básico, mas é um apartamento um pouco velho, precisando de um pouco de manutenção. O ar-condicionado funciona, assim como a água quente do banheiro. A internet é razoável. O café da manhã é bem simples e realizado por uma empresa terceirizada que cobra R$ 40,00, caso não esteja incluído na reserva. Achei absurdo o fato de eu ter pedido um pouco de água quente numa xícara para fazer um chá no meu apartamento e o pessoal da empresa terceirizada que cuida do café da manhã disse que não poderia fornecer a não ser que eu comprasse a xícara de água quente. Gente, uma xícara de água quente não poder ser disponibilizada para um hóspede. Achei um verdadeiro absurdo.

Flatzinho perfeito! Fomos muito bem tratados. Chegamos 12hs e ja conseguimos fazer check-in pq o quarto ja estava disponível. Foram bem atencioso. O hotel tem um restaurante que vende almoço e janta. Unica coisa que nao gostei foi não ter secador. Mas algo muito pequeno mediante o resto.

Gostei muito, principalmente pelo atendimento recebido dos recepcionista em particular Levy, o pessoal do restaurante em particular Bruna, resumo que minha estadia foi excelente e retornarei ao mesmo hotel em proximas idas a capital do Ceara.

Foi a terceira vez que fiquei hospedado no Flat Classic e dessa vez foi decepcionante. Chegamos sábado à noite e fomos informados que o café da manhã começaria às 6h30 conforme papel entregue pela própria recepção. Marcamos passeio para às 7h, chegando 6h30, a atendente do café da manhã, com elevada antipatia, disse que o café da manhã aos domingos começaria às 7h. Sábado à noite descansamos e domingo durante todo o dia ficamos em passeios, chegando ao hotel, pedimos lanche, fomos usar os talheres, absolutamente imundos. Fui na recepção pedir novos telhares, ficaram desconfiados que eu os tinha usado e não queria lavar (sim, não me forneceram novos talheres mesmo havendo restaurante no hotel). Acabaram me fornecendo produtos de limpeza, imundos, para eu lavar os talheres. Mesmo assim, dois deles estavam com crostas de sujeira que foram impossíveis de retirar com esponja e detergente e basicamente os talheres ficaram por inutilizáveis. Fui devolver os produtos de "limpeza" e mesmo assim perguntaram de novo se eu realmente não tinha usado os talheres antes. O café da manhã decaiu muito comparado ao que foi no meio do ano passado, os pratos estavam sujos e o atendimento de uma antipatia que nem se parece estar no nordeste. Ainda no domingo à noite, perguntaram se por acaso eu não ia querer limpeza no quarto, sendo que eu sairia na segunda de manhã cedo. Enfim, foi a terceira e última vez que me hospedo nesse hotel.
