For the price this was a very good hotel. The room/ appartment was very spacious. For a family of 4 our kids had their own room with a separate bathroom. Breakfast was included and was delicious. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Like to mention that everything p.e. restaurants, cambio, supermarket , the beach etc. is at easy reach. Breakfast en lunch are well served and the price is right. I did not experience anything which I should dislike or not aware of. I highly recommend this property to family and friends. Finally this hotel is now on my favorite list.

Nice hotel located one block from Iracema beach. Rooms are very clean, spacious with partial ocean views, and full views of Avenida Abolicao. Great breakfast buffet included with room rate, and the friendliest hotel staff in town.

Very rude staff

Very good location, awful front desk staff, i was harassed every time i get into my room asking if i am staying at the hotel n which room, then they double check everything, this was my 2nd time at this hotel they did it last year is well, I won’t be making the same mistake next year. Some of the staff are very very rude with zero manners, the staff made me feel uncomfortable on my stay, not a very good holiday.

Excelente hotel, quarto espaçoso, equipe muito atenciosa. Café da manhã excelente. Camas muito boas, quarto muito silencioso. Há uma piscina no 23º andar com uma vista incrível da cidade, que você definitivamente deveria aproveitar. O preço foi muito razoável para o custo-benefício.

Hotel obrigou a fazer um upgrade de quarto para acomodar um bebe de 6 meses , precisei mudar para um quarto de 6 pessoas cobraram tarifa igual a um adulto para um bebe que nao consome nada e dormiu com os pais , e ja que cobraram nem disponibiliza berço. Tirando isso e um hotel mediano, exceção do cafe da manhã e almoço que são excelentes, atendimento das camareiras ,valetes e garçons muito bom.!

Otima estadia! O unico fato que nao nos agradou, porém e uma opinião! Taxistas ficam parados na entrada do hotel com seus veiculos atrapalhando hospedes que chegam de carro particular, tendo em vista que o funcionario do hotel nem espera vc descer do carro e ja fica te acelerando para vc sair com o carro, dizendo que nao pod eparar lá. Precisam rever tal atitude
