Em geral foi boa. Os planejados da cozinha estao precisando de reforma, o blindex do banheiro precisa de esponja de aço apt precisa ser detetizado antes da locacao. Pernilongo é mato. Taxa de limpeza alta nao corresponde ao que entrega

Apartamento amplo, teve praticamente tudo que precisamos na cozinha pra preparar refeição, petiscos, só faltou um airfryer que atualmente é muito útil para petiscos práticos. Piscina boa, área pra jogar futebol, etc. muito próximo ao beach Park, 10min caminhando.
