I really enjoyed staying here. The rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet. It is very close to the Beira Mar and beaches. The staff were wonderful, helpful, and resolved any problems immediately. It's not a five star hotel but it's an excellent value.

Apesar de os funcionários serem atenciosos, tivemos alguns problemas durante nossa hospedagem em Fortaleza. No café da manhã havia mosquitos nos pães expostos, o chuveiro do quarto estava apenas com água fria e, mesmo após reclamação, não houve ajuste na temperatura. Além disso, a limpeza e arrumação dos quartos deixaram a desejar em alguns dias, e o forte cheiro de mofo causou bastante desconforto, principalmente por conta de alergia respiratória. Espero que esses pontos sejam avaliados para melhorar a experiência dos próximos hóspedes.
