Perfect hotel for people who plan on being out and about. For American travelers, the room may be smaller than you expect, but that is in no way a reflection of the quality of the room itself. The breakfast was excellent each morning, with plenty options that would satisfy both Brazilian and international palates. For me though, the highlight of Ecco Hotel was the staff. Exceptionally helpful, kind, and patient. Ecco Hotel might not have the beach views of other locations, but you are maybe a 1-2 minute walk away from the main thoroughfare. Considering the proximity to the things you will be here to do anyway, the exceptional staff, and the affordability, for me Ecco Hotel is a place I will return to if I am ever in Fortaleza again!

Os quartos são muito pequenos, não há espaço para acomodar as malas, um lado da cama de casal fica encostada na parede, pra sair tem que passar raspando na TV fixa na parede, com risco de derruba-la. Dá pra ouvir conversas dos outros quartos ou do corredor. O Café da manhã é muito bom. O staff é cordial e prestativo

Potencial desperdiçado por falhas de atendimento e higiene O hotel tem uma boa localização geográfica, mas o acesso é prejudicado por uma rua suja e calçadas deterioradas. Internamente, falta treinamento de hospitalidade: o atendimento é reativo e apático, limitando-se a responder se o hóspede falar primeiro. Em qualquer hotelaria simples, o fator humano é o que diferencia a experiência, mas aqui o clima é frio. O serviço de café da manhã deixa a desejar na logística de reposição, que se torna escassa para quem não acorda muito cedo. Além disso, há uma falha grave de segurança alimentar na estação de tapiocas: o mesmo funcionário que opera o sistema/computador manipula e fecha o alimento diretamente com as mãos, sem qualquer barreira higiênica.

Vantagens: O café da manhã é excelente, com grande variedade e qualidade. Percebe-se o cuidado e a dedicação da equipe em proporcionar uma boa experiência aos hóspedes. As instalações do buffet estavam muito limpas e organizadas. O chuveiro também é muito bom. Desvantagens: O quarto é bastante pequeno. A cama não possuía lençol com elástico, o que causou desconforto, pois o lençol saía constantemente durante a noite. O travesseiro era muito fino e a cama, de modo geral, poderia ser mais confortável.
