O hotel é muito bom, porém existem alguns pequenos detalhes que me deixaram insatisfeita. Por exemplo, pedimos uma pizza e eles não quiseram oferecer pratos e talheres, apenas de plástico, o que é um verdadeiro absurdo pelo porte do hotel.

O único problema foi a questão do check in e checkout pois esperamos até as 14:30 para poder entrar no quarto sendo que estava com uma bebê de 4 meses e minha esposa tinha passado mau na viagem como relatei na recepção e mesmo assim só fizeram o check in tardio às 14:30 eu estava no hotel desde 13:00 horas porém na hora do checkout passou apenas 10 minutos e os mesmo da recepção já estavam ligando para o quarta mandando sairmos caso contrário teria que estender a estadia sendo que o problema era os elevadores que estavam todos lotados e eu não estava conseguindo ir deixar as malas no estacionamento para poder voltar ao quarto para pegar o restante das coisas!
