Localização muito boa , quarto em boa condição ,a única coisa a reclamar cheguei 2 horas antes do meu horário de entrada minha amiga estava hospedada no mesmo ,e eu não pude subir pra ficar com ela me trocar e da meu horário de fazer check in,aí deixei as coisas lá em baixo e fomos da uma volta ,porém quando retornei as 15:00 horas sendo que meu chek in era as 14:00 não tinha quarto pronto ainda tive que aguardar na recepção até 15:30 , perdendo 1:30 da minha hospedagem entao entrar antes não pode mas atrasada pode.

Café da manhã ótimo!! Tem muitas opções. Pra mim faltou apenas o pão de queijo, mas teve muito queijo pra comer com pão. Uma piscina na cobertura nada muito grande, mas bem organizada. Limpeza impecável!!! Os funcionários bem prestativos. Certamente me hospedaria lá novamente quando voltar a fortaleza.

Fizemos o checkin as 14h, só conseguimos resolver tudo as 18h. Primeiro quarto que nos colocaram a luz ficava piscando, ai tinha um esquema no cartao pra ficar ligada pq o aparwlho tinha algum defeito. Depois tinham desligado o registro de agua, ai vi que as paredes do quarto estavam sujas e do banheiro o rejunte com mofo. A tv estava com problema. Informaram que nao tinha quarto para nos trocar, apenas quando pedi para falar com o gerente, acharam um quarto em condições. Só não coloquei pessimo, pq o seeviço de café da manha a pessoa que serve era muito atenciosa. Chegamos também o elevador estava com problema. O gerente se negou a atender. Tenho uma filha com tea, a mesma ficou agitada com essaa trocas e problemas.
