We had a wonderful stay at Carmel Cumbuco Resort and would highly recommend it. The resort itself is beautiful, with spacious and well-appointed rooms — the only minor suggestion we would make is to add a chair to the room, which would make it even more comfortable. The real highlight of our stay, however, was the exceptional service from the staff. Carol and Joaquim in the café and restaurant were warm, attentive and a pleasure to interact with throughout our stay. Special mention must go to Vinicius at the bar, who went above and beyond to look after us and truly elevated our experience. It is rare to encounter service at this level and it made all the difference. Thank you to the whole team at Carmel Cumbuco — we hope to be back!

Nós nos hospedamos na semana anterior no Carmel Taiba, gostamos muito, mas achamos o Carmel Cumbuco muito mais acolhedor. Rilson um dos responsáveis lá nos recebeu de forma espetacular, realmente nos surpreendeu sua dedicação conosco, ele foi maravilhoso desde da nossa chegada até a nossa saída. Na ceia de Natal ele foi de uma gentileza enorme baixando um pouco o som do restaurante, pois meu filhinho autista não tirava as mãos do ouvido. No restaurante fomos sempre atendidos pelos garsons Guilherme e Anderson e sempre foram muito atenciosos e prestativos. Até o rapaz que limpa a piscina (não sei o nome dele) foi de uma delicadeza enorme, meu filhinho autista adora água e não saía da jacuzzi pra ele limpar, mas ele foi tão jeitoso, limpou com o maior cuidado. Peço que a essa mensagem chegue até o gerente, pois realmente eles estão de parabéns. Tivemos que sair uma noite antes do planejado, uma pena, mas vamos voltar com certeza.
