Achei o hotel péssimo, o quarto parece que cheirava mal, os corredores parece que n eram limpos e sem falar que você subia e descia e não chegava no quarto. Até que a atendente que fez o check- in era simpática, mas o o atendente que fez o check-out , nem um pouco simpático , pouco grosseiroo. Acho que quando se trabalha com público , a pessoa tem ser mais simpático, comunicativo e mostrar para o cliente a receptividade do hotel. E Outro ponto , que foi péssimo, que tive q esperar o cara subir para ver se eu não tava levando a cama, só pode, por que nem água no frigobar tinha, parecia que estava saindo de motel. E sem falar no tempo que fiquei esperando, o cara subir e descer e ainda tive que perguntar, tudo certo ? pq ele nem se quer teve o trabalho de dizer. Enfim , vocês precisam melhorar muito

Infelizmente as acomodações são péssimas, quarto pequeno, ar condicionado muito fraco. Tem frigobar, porém temos que comprar tudo para colocar nele, pois o hotel não dispõe de serviço de quarto. Um dos pontos positivos é a localização, pois fica próximo de restaurantes, farmácias, lanchonetes e restaurantes..

Boa. Usei pouco o quarto. Pessoal gentil e prestativo. O quarto no subsolo é que não agradou pelo ruído ( acho de bomba de piscina) e iluminação muito clara vinda do corredor . Poucas opções de canais de televisão ( nem a Globo !). Compensa pela localização e pessoal muito gentil .

Hotel in an amazing location

It's a pretty nice hotel with a good service, very close to the beach. I definitely loved the location. The room itself was quite small. Breakfast was amazing with typical Brazilian food like tapioca.

Péssimo hotel não recomendo a ninguém e olha que todo mes eu faço uma viajem, já passei por diversos hotéis e nunc encontrei nada pior que isso Primeiro estava eu meu marido reservei um quarto de casal e na hora não tinha, fiquei em um quarto de solteiro minúsculo que mal cabia nós e nossas malas. O quarto era no subsolo do prédio Ou seja não tinha ventilação nenhum a janela do quarto atrás é um corredor que além de não ter privacidade nenhuma pois a cortina er pequena e nEm tampava a janela toda, tinha uma luz automática no corredor que pelo menos a cada 5 segundOs elas acendia ou seja iluminava o quarto, fora a isso o café da manhã era servido no mesmo andar ou seja várias pessoas falando e parecia que estavam falando dentro do quarto. Além disso o chuveiro caia mais pra fora do que pra dentro impossível tomar banho Fora o cheiro de mofo do quarto O quarto em um porão não tinha ventilação nenhum Ou seja NÃO RECOMENDO nem pro meu pior inimigo Pior lugar que eu já fui conheci na minha vida toda Indignidade de ter passado por ess situacao Ainda pagar por isso

Boa, apesar do equivoco de nos colocar em 2 quartos, sendo que eramos um casal de adultos e uma criança, nos colocaram em dois quartos que só eram 2 camas de solteiro e o outro apenas 1 de casal. Mas depois foi solucionado e foi ótimo.

Os quartos situados no primeiro piso não possuem ventilação adequada, e por isso têm forte cheiro de mofo. Os funcionários foram muito atenciosos, localização e café satisfatórios.

Atendimento excelente, porém fomos colocados em um quarto muito abafado e com cheiro forte de morfo. Solicitei a mudança pois estava me sentindo mal(tenho asma).Assim q houve vaga, o atendente de maneira muito profissional nos encaminhou para um quarto arejado e maior. Depois disso, a hospedagem ficou muito mais gratificante.
