We had a very warm welcome from staff, were quickly checked in after being given relevant information. Room was big, clean and quiet. Good selection at breakfast - asked for some potatoes without chill (random breakfast item anyway!) and they came out to me hot and quickly and without a problem. We did not use the pool or gym so can’t comment. Ideal location, rather pricey but our only option really for what we needed.

The stay was mixed overall. The staff were very kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. Unfortunately, the air conditioning in the room was extremely loud and made it difficult to sleep comfortably. Breakfast was also disappointing and could definitely be improved. The rooftop restaurant was a highlight. The food and service were excellent, although it was quite expensive. The downstairs bar was disappointing. The bartender did not seem to know how to properly make cocktails, and the drinks were not well prepared. Great staff and an excellent rooftop restaurant, but the room comfort, breakfast, and downstairs bar experience need improvement.

Had a wonderful weekend stay for a wedding at the Stockyards. It was walking distance to the restaurant. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a nice choice of food. We will visit again soon.

The balcony rooms are a bit noisy on Saturday nights. Room was clean. But what I loved most was the staff. My daughter had a medical emergency and they went above and beyond for her. Thank you for being so kind and making sure the rest of the family was ok while we were at the hospital.
