Absolutely wonderful experience at this very unique hotel. The furnishing were exquisite and very different. The breakfast (had to pay for it) was great with an Italian restaurant attached.

This is one of the best hotel experiences I've had in recent memory. This Kimpton hotel is in a historic building located across the street from The Capital Grille and Del Friscos, and within walking distance of Sundance Square and Bass Performance Hall. We slept like a champ, it was quiet, safe, super clean, and every employee, from the valet to the front desk to room service, was friendly, prompt, and courteous.

The hotel room was okay. The parking situation was terrible however. We pulled up to the valet and they start pushing us to get out of the car before we can even consider if we want to use the valet. They even took a paddle board out of my trunk that I didn’t want to bring up to the hotel room. It’s almost $60 for overnight parking and we would’ve preferred to park somewhere else for much less and without being rushed out of the car.

I enjoyed my stay at the Kimpton Harper Hotel. The room was very large and comfortable. The bathroom was spacious as well. Overall a great room. Check in was easy and the bar/restaurant option on site is a nice add. But the area surrounding the hotel has some great dining options as well. So that's an extra bonus! Felt safe walking around and the city for being a downtown area is very clean. Will definitely come back next time I'm in town.
