The toilet ran if you didn’t push the handle back up. The faucet in the tub was loose from the wall which made it difficult to turn on the shower. The A/C struggled to cool down. The breakfast was satisfactory. Staff were nice & accommodating.

The front desk people were wonderful! Hyllary (check_in) went above and beyond. Great advice and even arranged transportation for me the next morning. Maquita (morning clerk) was so friendly and helpful. And Vanessa, (Assistant General Manager) was fantastic. There were others, also helpful and friendly while eating breakfast. Only negative....bed was worn out. Lumpy and very uncomfortable no matter which way I turned.

The staff are courteous, professional and friendly. The room was large and comfortable. There is a docking station for Metro bikes one block away. I used it to go back and forth to the convention center. My only minor complaint is the towel rack is starting to rust; it should be replaced.
