The toilet paper roll holder was broken, the sink drain was popped out (and I had to fix it), the hangers were set to the side of the dresser with nowhere to hang them or our clothes (no closet rack), and I attempted to contact the management with no reply. Better than a three, not quite a four. My fiancé and I agree, 7.5 out of 10.
