The staff and location of the hotel was excellent, especially the front desk employees and the very friendly and efficient lady who worked at the breakfast buffet - she was our favorite! The drawback of this property is the age of the hotel and the fact is has not been updated in a very long time. Our hallway had a funny smell from damp, aging carpet. In the room we did not have a towel to put down outside the shower, our hair dryer was broken, and we only received one tiny bar of soap in the room. Housekeeping is by request only and when they did come they took our only bar of soap, leaving us with nothing to shower with the next morning. Would I stay again? Only if the hotel got a complete remodel.

The front staff was awesome. Very warm and friendly. Room was great and the bed was very comfortable. This will be our go to when visiting family in the area. Was able to walk across the road to Cracker Barrel for dinner without moving the car.

Hotel was conveniently located and easy to get to the places we were visiting. Breakfast was good. Room and areas of hotel were always clean. The only thing I had issue with were the height of the beds. Very tall and with me being 5'3" I had a hard time getting on the bed.I had to use the foot stool from the sofa to get up on the bed.
