The staff are awesome The young lady Makelia so helpful. The only issue and it's very small is that the lady that knocks on the door before you check out was asking what time you're leaving. I was trying to get ready and I thought everyone knew check out is at noon even though I left before than. The lady at the bar was amazing. So is the food.

a beautiful , well kept hotel. Felt safe on my own. Super quiet even though my room was opposite the elevators and very close to the gym !! Perfect location for downtown, with easy transport links to the stockyards . Highly recommend, would stay again !!

We enjoyed the proximity of the property to Sundance Square. The staff were welcoming and efficient. We liked the lobby on the second floor and we thought it was comfortable and welcoming.. We ate dinner at the hotel and it was yummy. The breakfast buffet was quite sufficient. The room was clean and modern. We would stay there again!

The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, making for a very pleasant stay. Honor Blessed was amazing at the front desk and made the check-in process smooth and welcoming from start to finish. The valet team was also fast, friendly, and very helpful. Although this was a quick stay, everything exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and look forward to booking a longer visit next time.

The staff were helpful and the amenities were nice. Good location. Easily walkable to many things. BUT the bedroom layout was weird. It is an open floor layout — meaning there is no true bathroom. There is a frosted glass door to the shower and a frosted glass door to the actual toilet but the bathroom itself is not private. So literally no privacy. Super awkward if you are sharing the room with co-workers you do not know. You literally have nowhere to change that isn't visible for everyone to see.
