The hosts couldn’t have been nicer, helpful and accommodating. The room was super clean and the view was magnificent. We had to leave early so our hosts prepared our breakfast before normal hours to accommodate us. Just lovely people. Just a great place!

An amazing guest house! So clean and up to date, great view and host is so nice. Breakfast was top notch. If we come back to Fort William again there is no doubt this is where we will stay next time too.

This is a beautiful place to stay and I would highly recommend it to anyone needing accommodation in Fort William. I was particularly impressed with the standard of the room and bathroom and the breakfast was amazing too. Without question I will be back.

We had a fantastic one-night stay at Breaburn Guest House. The place was extremely clean and our room had a beautiful view of the loch and surrounding hills and mountains, which made our stay even more special. The breakfast was delicious and very accommodating. We also really appreciated the thoughtful complimentary touches. The host was truly lovely, very welcoming, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. We’d highly recommend staying here!

The host gave us a very warm welcome and took great care of us. The room was very clean and comfortable,especially the bedding! It was incredibly comfortable. I slept like a baby. We had a wonderful but short stay with our hosts at Braeburn Guest House. We were visiting for Ben Nevis but would definitely stay again on a return visit. The location was easy to find and local to the main town. The room was lovely, comfortable with a great shower and lots of amenities to make the stay feel homely. The check in was quick and our host was so friendly. We couldn’t make the first morning for breakfast as we were setting off early and we were instead offered a sandwich for the climb. Instead what came to our door were two bags with sandwiches, crisps, oat bar, banana and orange juice. Very thoughtful and very needed up on the mountain! Breakfast the following day was delicious. There were a selection of cereals, fruit and juices available with all the preserves and spreads you could need. You are then offered toast and coffee/ tea to go alongside your cooked breakfast overlooking the mountains. There was even a dear chewing through the garden. I couldn’t recommend this guest house enough! Excellent service, excellent food and a really comfortable stay.

We enjoyed a lovely warm welcome from the hosts Gail and Adam. 10/10 property - clean, spacious room, comfortable beds and great views towards Loch Linnhe.
