Our room was very clean with black out shades and very quiet. It was nice having the room cleaned the next day stayed for two nights. The air conditioning worked perfectly we sleep hot so we could put the temperature down to 66. The breakfast was wonderful nice warm cinnamon rolls!

Check in staff was awesome, breakfast great, pool great. The room was average clean, bathroom not as clean as it should be and maintenance is needed in tub drain. Handle to get into tub should be on the opposite end of the tub for not only safety reason but getting into shower.

Wonderful place to stay. Very clean. Staff is amazing . I accidentally left my purse in a drawer when we left, I did not realize it until we were 2 hours away. I called to inform the staff and returned , 2 hours later. My purse was waiting for me at the front desk. VERY IMPRESSIVE!

I was disappointed that breakfast was not until 6:30-7:30. We had to be on the road by 6:30, so no free breakfast. Which is why we picked that hotel. But I should not have to ask for glasses/cups for our room. We only had one for two of us, and then I used their coffee cups. It may sound silly but that is why we picked Holiday Inn for their service. The shower door did not stay closed, so water was all over the floor. The room was very clean, the air conditioning worked great, the staff was very nice and worked hard. I have no complaints with that. It was not up to Holiday Inn standards.
