Less than desirable

Staff wasn't especially friendly. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. Family couldn't come and use the pool.Lots of things to do, and places to eat In the area.

The shower curtain was so dirty, there was ants/pests all over the desk. The floor tiles were tore up/old. The chair was broke. Bad experience I will never stay here again and to check in early after noon was another charge.

First off the guy checking me in literally wanted me to give him 20 bucks for my grandchildren 2 and 5. Absolutely not! I already had them on the docket when I made reservation. There was a queen bed and a pull out couch bed. Filthy! I mean filthy. Hardly any lighting in the room at all dark and dingy. Never cleaned the room never gave us new trash bags or anything. I believe there are only three people that run the whole hotel. They were there around the clock and watched our every move. A waffle for breakfast and tiny hunny buns that’s it! I went out to get a waffle and they literally started taking all the stuff down around me. I’ve never stayed at a hotel like this in my life. So weird. Literally no guests, no wonder. I paid over 200 bucks and a deposit for this dump. I was so scared there would be bed bugs. This place needs shut down! I want my money back but I know they won’t do it. I feel like they are desperate to keep it open. Literally three staff members. Lol

Hidden Gem

This was my first time staying here, but will be back for sure! The hotel is a hidden gem in Ft. Wayne. The layout is spacious and the staff is friendly. Great value, I highly recommend.

Poorly managed. Rooms were gross, sheets and towels were stained up. Their breakfast was one waffle maker for and disgusting watered down coffee. The pool looked like a swamp. Pretty sure the owners live in the hotel as well.

Attaquait at best

This place was attaquait for a quick trip to Fort Wayne for college orientation. The property looked abandoned due to lack of landscaping upkeep. It was nice when you came in. The breakfast area was nice. Hallways have 2 stair cases protruding out in the hallway for the second story. Wasn’t any issue for me, but was interesting. Our room looked on the surface clean. But, the mirror was dirty, the outside of the microwave was dirty, the bathroom floor had tile separation and was full of dirt. It wasn’t my favorite place to stay, and I probably won’t stay there again. But if you are looking for an inexpensive place to lay your head for the night….I suppose it might be the place for you..if you don’t mind on the surface cleanliness.
