Wouldn't stay here again. Security latch on door was broken. There was what looked to be blood on one wall. Room needed a good cleaning. Repairs needed in bathroom. Breakfast area was pretty pitiful. No fruit. No healthy choices. Only biscuits and gravy or waffles. There were some cereals, milk, and some juice. Not worth any extra for them offering breakfast. Coffee wasn't bad. That was nice.

Staff was always on break. Room was dirty, M&Ms and pennies found on the floor of our room. Pool was like ice and the towels provided for the pool were not much bigger than a hand towel. Breakfast was almost non-existent.

The front desk staff never greeted us upon arrival. The sign out front says smoke free property yet our room smelt like smoke. Our kids feet’s were black after 3 hours on their carpet in our room. The door handle to our room hardly ever worked. We had to get our key reprogrammed 3 times due to it not working. Would note come back at all to this hotel.

For the price I paid this place is phenomenal it's extremely clean on a scale of 1 to 10 it was quiet around an eight I did pick this specific facility because it had a hot tub but the hot tub was the same temperature as the pool so I did not use it but outside of this I would recommend this place a million times over

Staff was friendly, housekeepers were great & friendly, Pool was warm. My only complaint was last year we stayed here for one night with our kids hot tub had cold water theyvwere ordering part, this time pool was warm hot tub was cold. They told us this time they ordered the part again. So not sure. Every thing was great!

Would stay again.

Overall stay was great. Check-in process was odd. I had preregistered but was asked to fill out same information and even put card on file which was already done during preregistration. I think it was a training issue. Highly recommend staying here.
