The staff was nice! Breakfast needs an upgrade for sure. Area rugs need to be replaced and cleaned Regularly. The beds were nice and plenty of storage. The towels could be thicker, but did the job. The location was good, and I highly recommend McGuires Restaurant for dining.

Booked my room in January, upon arrival the front desk acted like they didn’t have a room. Ended up with a room where hotel ads were Right next to me. Workers were arguing in the lobby. Pool extremely small. Lost money I. The hotel could not stay had to find another location. Don’t stay here.

Convenient laundry service. Staff are nice and helpful. There were lots of options to choose from for snacks and drinks. Both the inside and outdoor pools were cleanly and so was the hot tub. I love how it was located in the middle of fort Walton, made it very convenient for all the places we went to visit

Breakfast alternates daily so you won't have the same thing each day. Could use another waffle maker since there is always a line for it. Could use vending machines on floors 2 and 4 where ice machine and washer/dryer are. We had no issues with the property. Great location. Right next to entertainment, food, shopping, and the state park.
