A really good place to stay if your trip is for enjoying the beaches. Middle point between Seaside and Destin so location it’s very convenient. Bathroom is clean, bed is comfortable, fully equipped kitchen and the communication with the staff was very clear. Thanks, we will love to come back

The room was clean. Shower and TV worked well. We never used other appliances. Pool was clean. We weren't able to find the laundry area. Area where suites are located was calm and quiet. Beaches are close but minimal parking so get to beach early. Overall it is a good location. The mattress was much firmer than we like but that is a personal preference. AC worked well. Very importannt in florida. Only complaint we really have is the room smelled like weed when we arrived.

Everything is great and reasonable rate - room was clean, bed was comfortable, kitchen was well equipped, washer and dryer huge bonus and close proximity to beach. There’s also a pool onsite.

30a Inn and suites is clean and in a good location. If you need something at a reasonable price this is definitely a good option. There is a pool and walking trail nearby. They don’t have a place to wash your laundry onsite unless you choose a room with a washer and dryer in it. They also don’t have a fitness center if that’s something you are looking for. But if you need a room that’s clean, good location and reasonably priced this is a good choice.

Room was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable and the pool was nice. Room smelt strong of cleaning supplies and cigarettes. One of the TVs in the room was broken. Outside had a lot of dead bugs. I did notice the inspection for the elevator was a year over due and there was another license or cert aswell. I understand if no one has put the new papers up yet but it is very concerning to see when you walk in. A couple minor issues we were also having was the guest portal was broken and we had to call because we were never sent our room number.

The property was quite and convenient. Housekeeping was bad. Peanuts in floor and under couch. Wrong size sheets on bed (full on queen). Ended up going to Walmart and bought our own. 15 minutes into our stay Maintenence came and took the kitchen table previous guest broke. Never brought a replacement while we were there. Lamp at end of couch was broke as well. Never got a replacement on that either. The kitchen had plenty of silverware plates cups. Plenty of towels as well.

Rarely am I pleasantly surprised when I stay somewhere, but this place was very cute, clean, and comfortable for my family of three. We were worried about distance from the beach but you are very close to public beach access. We had the best time and would love to book again some time soon.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The beach was really too far to walk and driving a car to the public parking was hit or miss. Most people seemed to use bikes or golf carts. The reasons for a 4 out of 5 stars is that the bath mat was still wet from the previous renters and did not appear to have been cleaned. This gave me an icky feeling. One of the lamps was broken. I enjoyed having the kitchen area. Just seems like coffee could have been provided. Bring your own hairdryer and toiletries. Toiletries are provided, but they are very basic. The area feels safe, which is great for solo travelers like myself.

There were only two small pillows on the king size bed. No extra pillows or blankets. There was a coffee pot with no filters. The entry and living room lights didn’t work. Otherwise the kitchen was well stocked. The unit was clean. The bed was comfortable.
