Great value for the cost. Everything clean, no carpet (awesome for people with allergies), nice kitchenette, full size refrigerator/freezer, very good air conditioner, comfortable bed, quiet. Would stay again.

The place is definitely better than some places I stayed in the past for the price I don't think it gets much better in this part of Texas and I definitely wouldn't hesitate to rent a room in the future. It is clean, quiet, A/c works, shower is hot and the bed is comfortable...

The front staff gentleman, Sonny, was one the most accomodating and friendly staff member I have ever dealt with. Absolutely awesome guy. I would recommend this place to any of my friends or family.

For a place in middle of nowhere basically, the cost is great for a nights sleep while traveling through. And for those who may need longer stay in area, a full kitchen and plenty of space.

Worst of the worst. I strongly don't recommend.

Upon driving up to the property i discovered I wouldn't want my exwife or worse enemy to stay here, there were Lot lizards, "ladies of the night" looking for a good time. Men outside smoking marijuana and drinking with the ladies. As I was with my ADA Service Dog I chose to stay in my truck and go to a different cleaner hotel in town. Upon discovery from the other hotel, it was discovered the Country INN is a motel which was turned into a working motel for the Oil well workers and not what I needed as I would not have gotten the sleep I needed. I don't appreciate the fact I lost my hard earned money..

Don't judge a book by its cover.

Everything was great! The check-in process was smooth. The property from the outside looks a little strange, but it's actually really cool what they've done with the converted trailers! The rooms are comfy and surprisingly sound proof.

Ac didn’t work properly. Food stuck to counter. Shower floor nasty. Big and roomy tho.

I liked the price since I only needed a room to sleep in for the night and move on. That's really where it ends. I checked in and was given a key card at the office by a very friendly man. I went to the room only to find that it was already occupied by a man who said he had one more night to stay there. Thankfully, he was fully dressed and not unkind about the situation. After getting another room and an apology, I got moved in. The floor was a bit gritty and there were a few whiskers in the bathroom sink. Sorry, but that is something I cannot stand even at home. But being exhausted after driving for 8 hours alone, I cleaned it myself and stayed. The bed was pretty comfortable but the pillows were too hard. Also, the hot water was available very quickly but so hot it literally would have scalded me had I not been careful. In a nutshell, I will not return to the Monahans Country Inn. P.S. I have no idea how they came up with that name. It is just the opposite of what it is.
