The place is definitely better than some places I stayed in the past for the price I don't think it gets much better in this part of Texas and I definitely wouldn't hesitate to rent a room in the future. It is clean, quiet, A/c works, shower is hot and the bed is comfortable...

The front staff gentleman, Sonny, was one the most accomodating and friendly staff member I have ever dealt with. Absolutely awesome guy. I would recommend this place to any of my friends or family.

For a place in middle of nowhere basically, the cost is great for a nights sleep while traveling through. And for those who may need longer stay in area, a full kitchen and plenty of space.

Not quite what I expected

If you're looking for a place in a prefab building with poor a/c in a trailer park, perhaps this is for you. Nothing but gravel between the buildings. Nothing like what you might expect a "country inn" to look like.

Don't judge a book by its cover.

Everything was great! The check-in process was smooth. The property from the outside looks a little strange, but it's actually really cool what they've done with the converted trailers! The rooms are comfy and surprisingly sound proof.
