The room was very clean and comfortable. I don't know if they are short handed or what , but the property on the outside around the pool didn't look very good. Where the grills were and around the back door there was cigarette butts everywhere. There was stuff underneath the grills with cigarette butts and something else( not sure what it was). We tried sitting around the pool so my grandson could swim, but there were so many bees swarming us that we went where the grills were and the bees followed us there and I got stung by one.. I told the desk clerk and he didn't seem too concerned about it. I know the coffee is free, but both big containers of liquid creamer were empty both days I was there. There was powdered creamer available, but I like the liquid. And I forgot about the hot tub, it was empty of water and not working. I was there about this same time last year and it wasn't working. The manager, MS Woodward, is very nice and I know she is a hard worker. Maybe the people that work there don't try as hard as she does.

This was a great place to stop for the evening. Room was large and comfortable with a kitchenette that had everything needed to fix a meal. The bed was comfortable and there was even a large desk, desk chair and a comfortable recliner. It was just what we needed after a day of driving.

Still currently here. Lots of luggage to unload from the car and the one and only rolling rack has a wheel broken off. Weird smell in hallways and room. Decent room, spacious. With all the hotels around to choose from it would be nice if this one offered breakfast as well.

The only complaint is pool and hot tub both closed which is why I booked this hotel (wanted pool and hot tub) otherwise I could have stayed elsewhere cheaper. That being said excellent customer service nice hotel and room was great other than a wet carpet but it smelled like they had just shampooed it. I would recommend

I enjoyed the spaciousness of my room, and the full furnishing of the kitchen was especially nice. The only challenge I faced involved the fact that the TV's directory (within the TV itself, not just some printed guide) did not correspond to the channels; it made finding my news channels a bit challenging.

Was alittle disappointed because there was only one trash can in the bedroom. Not enough towels in the bathroom. Could have asked for more towels but there shouldnt be a need to. Not enough outlets for computer and phone charging. Bed was comfortable.
