“We travel with kids, so a pool is an important factor when choosing a hotel. At check-in, we were told the pool was “a bit cooler than usual” but that the hot tub was working. Unfortunately, the pool was absolutely freezing and the hot tub was barely warmer than the pool. We understand that maintenance issues happen, but we would have appreciated honesty at check-in.
