This was a gem right in the middle of downtown Ft Smith. Art everywhere. I would stay here again. Clean, friendly staff. Was on my motorcycle and felt safe.

Prime example of don’t judge a book by its cover. Outside seems a bit sketchy and run down, but the room interiors were clean and recently updated. You can’t go wrong here, especially for the price. If you’re planning a night out in the downtown area, this is a great value and easily walkable to all the nightlife.

No so good taying in town. Motorcycles passing by all night were very noisy. Stopped just after midnight. I did not feel very safe here, Glad it was only a night. However, it was very close to the National Park. Room was clean but bathroom could use a make over.

Air conditioning barely worked in one room, so one of our party had to find a room elsewhere. The towels were dirty, stained, old and needing to be replaced to match the new renovations. Some of our rooms had no chains or deadbolts. Location of hotel was good.
