A person was banging on my bedroom door continuously until o asked what happens without opening the door. They were covering the peep hole asking for a Mike I told him no one here by that name than asked for a Terrance. It was extremely scary and unsafe. I called receptionist and she just said wow ok! Horrible do not go!

The hotel is impeccable! Great breakfast and extremely clean. The bed mattress is firm just the way I like it. Everyone there treats you respectfully and are ready to help whenever needed. We will return as soon as possible!

I like the fact its located near the interstate and access is easy I didn't like how the main access road flooded when it rained and we had to use a different access we weren't familiar with to get back to the property. Breakfast stops at 9:00 am instead of 10 like most properties

Nice newer hotel in Central0South Fl

Hotel was only 4 months old when we went at Christmas 2023. Everything was nice and clean. No wear & tear yet. Breakfast (like most hotels) lacked a little to be desired) but they did offer it. Weird that laundry is downstairs and in front near front door but I did not use it this trip. Really nice kitchen set up in our room. Would definitely come back.

AC broken , and had to sleep all the night at 67 degrees due could stop the ac. Technical support arrived next date, and told me that they need to spend hours fixing it. They moved to a new room with same. First time that this is happening to me in a home2 after several times. Requested a call with management, but never happened.
