This was a very nice stay. The front desk attendant was very nice. The room was excellent, seemed very clean. Our only complaint was the air conditioning in the bedroom was not working well. We turned the air in the living area down and it kept the bedroom cool. Would stay here again if in the area.

Looks like our room sat for a bit unattended and not cleaned . Vents were dusty in the bathroom and floors were dirty .. Asian beetles infested the room and our thermostat did not go above 74. Staff was friendly and location was convenient with great amenities ..

Room was comfortable and clean. Some noise could be heard through walls and footsteps above could be clearly heard. The room view was a woody area behind the hotel that had some trash thrown around and could hear some noise from the Interstate that runs behind it. The beds were clean and comfortable and the complimentary breakfast was absolutely delicious every morning. The hotel is conveniently located near shopping and restaurants. I'd stay here again.

Courtney at the front desk provided a great first impression with her sparkling personality and helpful attitude. The lobby computer worked great as a replacement for my wobbly old laptop. Breakfast was simple but delicious. My only complaint? … Fox News played incessantly on the lobby TV. The hotel should settle on a channel that is more neutral than the devisive propaganda of Fox News. HGTV, perhaps?

The property needs a lot of work (and it’s brand new) It looks like they opened too soon, not everything was done and there were a lot of short cuts taken. Ants all over our room. Handicapped parking was a joke. No ramp. At the opposite site of the building from the entrance. Staff was wonderful and friendly though.
