Housekeeping is lacking. Our room never got cleaned and beds weren’t made. The one day they came at 2:30 pm The bartenders and wait staff were great by the pool. Still a lot of hurricane damage out by the water we weren’t made aware of during booking.

We enjoyed the pools and pool bar. The on-site restaurants were okay but not great. We liked access to the pickleball courts and often walked the trail around the courts and grounds. We didn't think the on site restaurants were great - the food and the workers. Really convenient to Sanibel Island!

Our room smelled because of the carpets not being cleaned also an upholster chair in the room was dirty too. Looks like they did not vacuum our room before we checked in because there were a lot of debris on the carpets. Waited a long time for our room to be cleaned the next day and pool area was really dirty. People left their empty cups and dishes everywhere.
