Very clean, the rooms were very nice. I was actually very surprised by the price. On site parking. The ice maker in the fridge didn’t work but other than that everything was nice.

The bathroom lighting was erratic and the toilet was constantly running. The television was very small. Noisy/Bad insulation. Ridiculous Pet charge of $30 per night was never annotated when reserved. No recognition of military, no discount and that's very Disappointing!

They cancelled our reservation and then made us pay an extra $50 dollars to get our room. The front desk worker was an absolute creep. He put us in a one-bed room, even though we payed for a two, and was upset when we came back down and asked for the two bed that we had payed for. The one-bed room also had no towels and someone else’s trash in the room. Our new room had something vomit like in the trash can when we went looking for a trash bag. The shower did not heat up and black clumps fell out of the shower head as you used it.

Low water pressure in shower and laundry areas. Multiple attempts to fix problem. No hot water in areas of the hotel. 2 of the 3 washers took 60 minutes to fill for wash cycle then another 60 minutes to rinse. 2 of 3 dryers took over 2 hours to dry clothes. Left multiple messages to speak with manager but never received call from management regarding issues!! The evening maintenance man tried multiple times to fix issue. Had to go to salon to have hair washed because not enough pressure to wash shampoo and conditioner from long hair. Offered another room which had the same issues. Toilets required multiple flushes (up to 7 times) in order to clear out all the waste. Traffic at this area is absolutely horrendous!!!!(This isn’t something they can can control but be prepared.) STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!!

Staff is awesome! Very accommodating. There aren’t a lot of children here but that is an attribute, imo. The location is superb with Target & similar across the street, tons of restaurant within 5 mins, & a quarter mile from interstate. I definitely recommend 👍💯😘
