LOVED the reception we received when we arrived from Derek and Danny. The condo was beautiful, super clean and right on the beach! We really loved staying at Casa Playa. The staff were very kind and helpful, the room was exceptionally clean and the location was great for going to the beach and later walking to restaurants. There is a free tram service that drove throughout the island but we didn’t use it. Casa playa had plenty of parking and beach chairs, umbrellas and towels to use for the beach. We can’t wait to come back.

The location was good. The room was small with old and dirty furnishings including the bed. Air conditioning initially didn’t work. Had to use the toaster in the bathroom as it set off the fire alarm in the room. No cleaning services until we checked out after 5 days. Pool was dirty. Elevator was extremely slow and cleaning staff often held it for long periods. Rebuilding was going on next door with concrete sawing right next to the pool. Very loud starting at at 7am to 6pm. Too loud to sit on the balcony. No sign of any staff except cleaning people who never came to the room.
