I did my reservation 2 weeks ahead and the hotel never received it. When I arrived, I had to talk with Expedia (and they were super nice and willing to help, apologizing for the inconvenience), but they were unwilling to receive me because the reservation was not in the system. Even after Expedia talked to them and sent the confirmation, they did not want to accept it because it was faxed. Instead of offering some good service, they refused and asked me to look for another place to stay like if it was my fault having paid for a reservation and not wanting to pay again for something I already paid for. They did not care for me at all and were not willing to help resolve the situation. Everything, in the end, was solved thanks to Expedia, and Expedia making them fulfill their responsibility as a hotel since I had my reservation already paid for.
To make it even worse, the hotel was crappy, was not so clean, and one of the staff persons was literally cutting his toenails on the front desk putting his feet on top of the counter where they are supposed to be serving their "free breakfast" I was so grossed that I never had breakfast there.
