All staff is very nice and helpful. They really care about their guests. I went from the Hilton at EWR to this hotel, and the staff made a HUGE difference. I’ve been coming to this hotel 3 to 5 times a year since early 2023 because they are very accommodating.

The key cards stopped working twice. Bathroom door didn’t open all the way because of a stopper welded to floor. Toilet made a screeching sound when flushing. Breakfast was very nice, lots of variety. Good parking. Near walking distance to restaurants which was nice. Pretty large fridge for hotel room. Would stay there again.

This hotel has five levels and plenty of parking. It shares an entrance with a Mexican steakhouse restaurant called Asadero, which is really good as well. The staff was helpful, there was always a front desk person when I would walk in the front entrance. We stayed two nights, and the staff cleaned our room while we were away. They provided comfortable air conditioning, shampoo, soaps, conditioners and a hair dryer. They offered complementary breakfast from 7-10am. Overall I had a comfortable stay.
