Excellent location, affordable pricing especially on Labor Day weekend with both a major concert at MetLife stadium and the US Open happening. Nice lobby/seating if one chooses to sit. Breakfast is $19 per person extra if interested (but plenty of other options nearby). Outdoor pool and gym are decent. Excellent cleaning staff. Comfortable rooms with Keurig coffee, microwave and mini fridge. Family friendly

The room was very nice and clean but the smell of cigarettes was overpowering. After a complaint, Front desk immediately sprung to action and got us a very nice clean room in the matter of minutes. Very accommodating. Thank you!

The staff was very nice and accommodating, and I really appreciated being allowed to check in early. The breakfast staff was also friendly and welcoming. The only issues I experienced were with the bathroom and air conditioning. There was no toilet brush or other way to clean the toilet, and the toilet had to be flushed several times. The air conditioner also did not seem to cool the room effectively. Other than those issues, I had a great stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near the American Dream Mall. Overall, I enjoyed my experience and would consider staying again.

When checking in, staff mixed up our rooms when charging us. Then suggested that we take care of the difference in price between ourselves rather than fixing the mistake he made. The ironing board was broken and the replacement board cover was old and stained. The shower head wasn’t properly installed so water sprayed out the side of it. A black children’s sock was underneath the sheet……. We liked that they cleaned the room and replenished the towels daily, without requesting. The bed was very comfortable and loved that they gave you a soft and firm pillow. The pool area was nice and clean. Hotel is conveniently located. The breakfast selection was good and fruit was fresh.

Front desk staff and Director of Operations were super nice and accommodating. We had a power outage and emergency generator was not working (my best guess it was out of fuel.) trust me :) but we made the best of it and sat down in the lounge and relaxed. Some of the evening kitchen staff can be a bit kinder, it goes a long way. All in All I enjoyed my stay.
