The overall dining experience was fantastic. The restaurant staff were very helpful and accommodating, and the complimentary breakfast was a nice surprise with many options. Lloyd at the front desk was also very helpful

Hard to get to but decent hotel

Besides the very confusing way to get from the Garden State Parkway to the hotel , the hotel is good. Having a quality restaurant (Bone Fish Grill) attached to the hotel was a nice bonus as it was raining and we are traveling with my handicapped parents.

The room was warn, but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was nothing special. Picked this hotel because it was close to where I needed to be.

The place was a little dated- but warm and welcoming. Parking lot well lit. Only one elevator and pretty far from our room. We were able to use back stairs coming and going which was close to where we parked. The breakfast in the morning was good, warm and filling. The property was close to the sites we were visiting- very convenient. We enjoyed our stay and would visit again.

Brianna at the front desk went above and beyond when my daughter left her baby blanket in the room after we checked out. We had made it all the way home 6 hours away before we noticed. Luckily she and the housekeeping staff helped get it back! Hotel is well maintained and staff are great, would recommend!

Have stayed here several times. Nice hotel. Convenient for my purposes. Only complaint is location of shampoo, etc. bottles hanging on shower wall. Too high and not easy to "pump" products into your hands. Poor design.

Staff needs to be more informed on the surroundings. Asked if they had a restaurant list for the area I was told they have none. So I asked if they knew of any I could walk too? They said no! I found out that they had a restaurant attached to the property, bonefish grill and that is why they need to be more informed.

Dirty, and mold

The front desk attendant was fantastic. However the room was filthy. There was mold in the bathroom as well as room, around the ac unit, etc. For the price, we expected the room to be clean. We didn’t care if it was updated or not. Just clean, and it was filthy.

The good and bad: Good: room was clean, house keeping came, staff was friendly, floor was quiet Bad: breakfast was poor quality with small variety, there’s massive construction going in the next lot so it’s hard to access the parking lot. The construction was noisy at times Overall 4/5 because it wasn’t too bad.
