I stayed at Club Wyndham Santa Barbara in Pompano Beach recently for work, and I have to say the service made all the difference. The property itself is comfortable, clean, and conveniently located, but what truly stood out was the staff, especially Deandra. From the moment I arrived, Deandra went above and beyond to make sure my stay was smooth and stress free. She was professional, attentive, and genuinely kind, qualities that really stood out during a busy work trip. Her warmth and efficiency set the tone and made the experience much more enjoyable. Traveling for work can often feel hectic, but Deandra’s exceptional service created a welcoming atmosphere that made me feel right at home. Thanks to her, I would absolutely return to this property and recommend it to others, whether for business or leisure.

Property has good location. The staff was very nice. Easy parking. The view from the 2nd floor back wasnt impressive. The room was clean but needing a upgrade to stay competitive. Not what we are used to staying at but it was still comfortable.

I booked for a 5 night stay and it worked out well. I have not used Expedia in a long time and so was pleased that the booking was seamless. As other reviews have mentioned, it is a timeshare but other than a 10mins sales pitch when you check in, nothing else is required. I was told I got the best condo in the place, and it was spectacular. Check in states 4pm but my room was not ready at that time. So when the property mgr texts you to ask you what time you are checking in, I recommend that you respond with a specific time to avoid waiting. The 1 bedroom suite I was in was tastefully decorated and had everything I needed, including in the kitchen. Water pressure was average but plenty of hot water in the shower. Bathrooms are dated but clean. Towels could be fluffier. Extra towels are the cabinets under the sink. Beach towels can be picked up at front desk (remember yr towel card.) Amazing wrap around balconies and stunning sunset views of intercoastal (if your room faces west). Thoroughly enjoyed my stay! Staff are helpful and A in every way.

was informed during check in that my reservation had been “canceled” even though it was showing as an active reservation on Orbitz and Expedia. resort did not try to accommodate me. they claim the reservation was canceled on 3/17 @ 2:38 am although there was not an email or notification of any kind confirming a cancellation. There was no refund processing, if the reservation had indeed been cancelled 2 weeks prior to me arriving and trying to check in. Check in was 3/29. Resort claimed the reservation was cancelled even after calling and confirming the reservation on 3/10, where I agreed and also confirmed a time to check in. Resort was NOT ACCOMMODATING AT ALL even though the issue was clearly on their end. Reached out to the resort on 3/30 and the representative said that they would have manager reach out and as of 4/01/24 I have not received any contact from said manager. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE 0/10
