The hotel was beautiful. I loved the pool. Convenient to the beach. The private beach had great service. The music in the lobby was too loud. I loved the bar and grab and go food. When i needed service of any kind it was extremely fast.

The hotel is in need of some upgrades , having said this , the rooms are clean with great views and the staff is excellent and attentive. I very much enjoyed my stay and the would stay again!

Loved everything except the odd way you're supposed to pay attention to the light shining on the floor telling you to go to the third floor to actually check in if you arrive late. The steaks at the restaurant were very salty, unfortunately.

The staff was great from the start at check in , at the lobby bar at the pool and at the beach everyone was super nice... The food and drinks at the pool and beach were great too only thing was the smell of mold at the room that would be my only complaint

My likes: very modern hotel, clean and most of all staff was amazing. My dislikes: no-one told us there was construction going on from early in the am to renovate pool area. Very disruptive and noisy. Hated the room layout with a so called bathroom in the middle of the room!!!
