The resort was great! Strict rules help to keep the stay peaceful. The walk to the beach is nice. You can borrow beach gear from the front office. Plenty to do around Deerfield Beach and lots of local drivable attractions too.

The location and ease of this property is what every guest needs. Starting with communication, MJ was great. She answered any questions we had and was pleasant at all times. I was very pleased with this property and really wanted to buy a condo here but they said no condos are for sell. Only rentals. Very cute, apartment-type stay. The only drawback is the door opens out and there is no real way to double lock it or put something up against it for added security. Overall, the unit was super cute and cozy and I highly recommend.

Highly Recommend - Clean and Close to the Beach

The stay was excellent. The room was one of the cleanest I've seen, with plenty of room. After hours process so easy and convenient; the communication from the office staff (text/email) was perfect and helpful. The location is excellent, very short walk to the beach. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
