The location was good and the area was quiet. The inside of the room was clean, but dated. The room was quite large and the bed very comfortable. The drain in the bathtub was very slow so water remained when taking a shower. The brush to use to clean the toilet was kind of gross. The internet was sporadic. The balcony overlooking the street was very dirty and the furniture and railing in the balcony were too dirty to use. However, the parking was very good and free and the staff upon checking in was very nice.

Villa Venezia is a hidden gem. The property is perfectly secluded within the city. Our room was beautifully arranged and cozy with a gorgeous view of the water and the garden. Kathryn was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was very quick to respond and checked in with us to ensure we had everything we needed. There are variety of rooms with different themes and layouts. We will definitely be back!!
