My stay was relatively good. The booking was as listed, and in a very central, yet quiet area. There was a slight last minute change in rooms that threw off housekeeping and subsequently delayed check in, but it wasnt a major inconvenience. The only complaint I'd say is that the bedding needs to be updated/repaired. With wooden frames that are seemingly unsteady, the beds in 2 of the 3 rooms were constantly making noises with the slightest body adjustments. Otherwise, I was pleased with my stay.

First room we was allocated wasn’t great , run down and not clean but the staff quickly got us a new room for the next day which was great . Rooms are spacious , everything you need for your stay. Tennis courts and pool plus gym are all great assets . Will return :-)

Place was nicely decorated and very comfortable. Issue was kitchen wasnt really clean and ants everywhere on the counter. Constantly was spraying for the ants. By the time we left it was better but took 3 days for them to stop showing up. Had an issue with the dryer either missing a leg or off balance and was told thanks for letting us know and the last morning we were told water was being shut off at 9am which I get was out of ther control but still not what we needed on the last morning we were there

Overall a great stay. Facilities were great (nice pool area, gym was good, unit was spacious, clean and well stocked). Very walkable to get groceries and coffee. Not a lot of nearby dining options but Uber was readily available and inexpensive. Highly recommend

It was worth it!

I was glad I went with this property. It was a home away from home. They provided everything you needed to be comfortable. Close to shopping and had a 24 hr CVS right at the entrance.

This is the perfect place to stay for couples or young families. We were two couples with a baby, and it was perfect because the rooms were away from each other and soundproof. Never heard a baby crying. Enough space, access to kitchen and easy parking. Felt safe and location was close to everything, especially airport. Only comment is to have the kitchen more stocked with basic items (salt, pepper, oil, more utensils to cook with) and the coffee machine in the room wasn't working. Otherwise, overall, second time staying here and we loved it.

It was conveniently located, supermarket very close by, gas station and some fast food restaurants. I recommend checking that the washer and dryer work, since ours wasn't working and it took them a few days to get it fixed. We found that calling instead of texting them works much better and gets things done faster. We would recommend staying here, we had a great time.

Location of the property was excellent. Shops, groceries and a few fast food restaurants within walking distance. Apartment was well laid out, lots of room and all the essentials that you would need. Apartment could use a good deep clean and an update. All cosmetic but can tell it is getting run down. The outside of the buildings around the apartment entries could use a good cleaning as well. The pool area was lovely, lots of loungers. Pool was nice but could also be cleaned more often. Customer service was excellent. Very quick to reply and very helpful. Check in and check out was very easy.

The check in / check out process is straight forward. Responsive and helpful text line with Kasa. Units themselves were okay with respect to cleanliness and maintenance. Somewhat deceiving that the apartment units themselves are long term rental units that are rented to Tucker and short term booked through Kasa. Palm Trace Landings cannot support on location issues or feedback.
