great hotel in a great location; cute neighborhood minutes from the beach. clean large room with living room and kitchen at a good price. our room was not ready when we wanted to check in, but it can happen and young lady at the front desk was very nice and apologetic and gave us free parking. The bathroom was not clean. The place is run down. No elevator so if you have heavy luggage you can store it at the front check in area or carry it up the stairs if you are on the 2nd or 3rd floor. The people checking you in were nice enough. Close enough to the beach, airport and cruise port.

Pet friendly… didn’t use pool… room was fine the major issue was sound… needs major sound proofing!! First night kids(young adults) talked and laughed until 4:30 in the morning. My husband was told at least 4 others complained. 2nd night neighbors loud and when returned from outing at 4 am sat outside and did somekind of drugs… could hear everything they said… way to noisy… otherwise would have been pretty good. Fridge didn’t stay cold and air conditioner noisy but it worked!
