This space was perfect for our quick getaway. We originally booked with another company who dropped the ball at check in and within 30 minutes Expedia saved the day & we were already at our door checking in at Viktor apartments. The representative was attentive and very accommodating.

Great locationf or me, condition so-so.

The location was just where i needed to be. The unit was clean. I had issues with the refrigerator freezing solid all the food I bought to eat while i was there. The refrigerator door was backwards so almost impossible to access. The couch was horrible! It was old and beat and sunk in so deep i could barely get out of it. The bed was in the same condition. The pillows were like concrete. The bathtub was SUPER SLIPPERY! The TV was great! The weather was lousy so I ended up staying in my room a lot.

Horrible unsanitary conditions. Never again.

Sent several requests to have the bathroom cleaned. Never received this service even though the bathroom's unclean condition was evident upon my check in. Bathroom towels were not clean and smelly. Mattress in one of the rooms was totally used up and saggy. Not only that I will never come back to this location, I will never use Lowkl ever again. Mere sorry for the discomfort type of messages are dime a dozen, your service and its level is everything. My recommendation to Expedia is to remove your listings altogether and never to allow its customers to be duped by your subpar, totally ignorant and inadequate services.

Great place

There were a few minor things to be done in the property and they were extremely quick with their response time. The location was great and the place was very nice. My only advice is to upgrade the beds soon; they were nice and I slept well, but an upgrade would bring the comfort level from a 4 to a 5. I would definitely stay here again!

Stayed here for a full week and it was great! Communication was primarily through text which was unexpected but ended up being pretty nice. I do think a sink stopper and a dish towel should be added to assist in doing the dishes though.

The thermostat was broken and the fan in the main was also broken. We informed their team about issues and it was not fixed at all. It was really hot with no AC or working fan in one of the main bedrooms. We’d like a credit for the misinformation regarding the hotel. It was not clean nor was it unkept to what the hotel fees were. We’d like to have something credited for the awful stay

The room wasn't ready when I got there. The wifi wasn't working. One of the lights seemed to have short circuited and there wasn't light in one side of the room. They staff was not easily reachable. They eventually fixed everything, but the experience wasn't good at all. I wanted to leave the property and get a refund for the remaining days, but they declined. Not coming back here again.

There is nobody to control principal doors were open each time we return, people use stones and other made party’s. The principal door of the unit must be changed, it o ly close if you push the door.

Underwhelming and overpriced

Couch was stained and dirty. Bed was hard and uncomfortable. I dont even think it was queen sized. It definitely was not the advertised king size. This place is very basic and underwhelming for a premium. Should have chosen a much cheaper option.
