Excellent stay. Super well located steps away from the Hollywood Boardwalk. Room spotless and in excellent condition, fully renovated. High quality shower and comfortable bed. Plenty of snacks available for a reasonable fee. Check-in expérience a little complicated (need to sign reservation agreement in advance via DocuSign) but ultimately was easy as you can enter directly your room via keypad code. Fully recommend the Tel!

This is a true gem. The room was immaculate - survived the white sock test. Looks like a total renno done recently and so many nice features incorporated into it - even a night light! Staff was super responsive and location is very quiet. The outdoor balcony was adorable.

Felt very clean, bed and pillows were super comfortable. Along with the mini fridge and microwave, there's a small sink, dishes, utensils, etc. which isn't common and is super convenient if needed. We had a slight parking issue and had to call the after hours line which was answered immediately and the issue was resolved quickly. The location is perfect if you're wanting to be near the beach. We would stay again.

Overall very nice. Lots of space and close to the beach. Nice bathrooms! Clear communication with property manager. Felt safe and liked the location just off the broadwalk. A couple things that could be improved: Lights from a building close by were very bright at night, heavier curtains would help with sleep. Air con was uneven - bedrooms stayed warm even if you set thermostat cold. It should also be noted that the entry to the unit is into one of the bedrooms. Wasn’t an issue for us but may be for 2 couples staying there.

We really loved this property! We are from MI & travel to FL a couple of times/year. We’ve stayed in Fort Lauderdale at several different beach areas over the years. This property is in a great location! We didn’t rent a car- we Ubered to/from the airport & walked 2 minutes to the beach &/or boardwalk every day- for food, entertainment, sun, & fun! The room we were in, #203, was perfect for us. It was recently updated & very clean. It’s not a huge room but we weren’t there to hang out in the room. There’s a nice balcony with a little courtyard view. The bed is a king & very comfortable. There’s a desk, small fridge, microwave, & Keurig. Coffee pods & bottled water were included. Snacks were there but extra. The bathroom area had 2 sinks & a decent-sized counter. The shower & toilet area were tight but we did just fine- beware, others may find this space too confining. The cleaning ladies were very friendly & helpful. We also had a few questions & spoke to several different ladies on the phone who were very nice & accommodating. On the second day, we rented the 2 chairs & umbrella- which looked brand new- for an amazing rate; we paid double on the first day when we rented on the beach. Over all, we thought it was a great value & would return for sure! Thank you The Tel!
