Overall very nice. Lots of space and close to the beach. Nice bathrooms! Clear communication with property manager. Felt safe and liked the location just off the broadwalk. A couple things that could be improved: Lights from a building close by were very bright at night, heavier curtains would help with sleep. Air con was uneven - bedrooms stayed warm even if you set thermostat cold. It should also be noted that the entry to the unit is into one of the bedrooms. Wasn’t an issue for us but may be for 2 couples staying there.

This is a true gem. The room was immaculate - survived the white sock test. Looks like a total renno done recently and so many nice features incorporated into it - even a night light! Staff was super responsive and location is very quiet. The outdoor balcony was adorable.

I loved my room! It was spotless and felt very updated. The balcony comfortably fit two people, and the bathroom was modern with a really nice shower. The bed was extremely comfortable — I slept great. I also appreciated that the room was stocked with candy, soda, snacks, and Red Bull at grocery-store prices (not marked up), which was such a nice touch. The key-code entry was easy and convenient. Location is perfect — literally steps from the beach, with great parking right in front. It’s within walking distance to bars, restaurants, and a few small convenience stores, yet the room itself was very quiet. The room was fully equipped with everything you’d need: toiletries, towels, beach towels, iron, silverware, etc. Everything was super clean and well thought out. Would absolutely stay here again!

The staff was excellent. Luella was the best, so helpful and friendly. The two ladys that cleaned the rooms were great, also very friendly. The location was unbelievable, steps to the beach, restaurants, and lots of shop. The best was having your own parking spot and didn't have to $20. a nite. Gertie

Felt very clean, bed and pillows were super comfortable. Along with the mini fridge and microwave, there's a small sink, dishes, utensils, etc. which isn't common and is super convenient if needed. We had a slight parking issue and had to call the after hours line which was answered immediately and the issue was resolved quickly. The location is perfect if you're wanting to be near the beach. We would stay again.
