Great location and clean room! Steps to the Hollywood Broadwalk with lots of restaurants and stores. There is a small shared patio that faces the ocean where we enjoyed drinking our morning coffee while listening to the beach waves. The unit itself was very clean and fresh. There are 2 beach chairs, 2 full size beach towels, and full size shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispensers so you have even less to pack! Great water pressure in the shower too! This building does not have assigned parking, however, once you arrive, they send you an optional link to pay $21 a day for street parking & then you can use it all over town which is a great deal! We lucked out by finding street parking outside of our unit for most of our stay, but I think it was just good timing. Overall, we loved this unit & location and will definitely stay again!

Jackie and Mark are amazing. The room is beautiful, bed very comfortable and clean, living room kitchen spacious bathroom pretty and the location is perfect !!!! Definitely recommend it and we will be there soon!!!!

The location is marvelous. The accommodations are fine, a full refrigerator. There is a small convenience store across the street. This may be an age issue, but the tv setups were beyond my ability. Although not major issues, be aware that you are expected to remove bedding, wash the dishes, and take out the trash. Jackie was available whenever needed. I would recommend the room for short stays by the beach.

The rental was very close to the beach and the boardwalk which was so nice. The unit was clean and had the essentials needed for our stay. Communication with the owner was easy and quick. Such a wonderful location. We walked to the beach and many great restaurants and shopping places. Perfect place to stay. We didn't have a car - we used Uber from the airport. Everything was clean and the kitchen and bathroom were well equipped. Nice beach chairs and umbrellas, 2 nice beach towels. Can't beat the price for the location!
