We needed a hotel for the night before heading to the airport in the morning. We got of a cruise early and went directly to the hotel. He held our bags at the office and even offered us beach towels while we wait for our room. The room was spacious and the air worked as it should. Best room for the best price in a great location. Not much more to be said.

Good location to be right in las olas convenient for the beach, shopping, eating and everything in between. I only needed a one night stay. The bed/towels were clean. The rooms could use a deep clean (dirty base boards, dirty windows/mirrors, dust, drain gnats, soap stain build up). Otherwise decent. The outside area is super cute lit up at night the price was right and easy to book.

Very friendly and helpful staff and the complementary on site laundry was definitely a bonus. The room was spacious, though ordinary, and the property could benefit from a refresh, particularly in the bathroom. It definitely benefits from an outstanding location near the beach. I stay here very frequently with my last stay being in March and the hotel is beginning to go downhill. I arrived Sat night 6/6 to a dirty room with mold in the sink (room 17b) and no parking available at all other than the original option to pay $57 to park overnight next door at a different hotel. The employee in the office was helpful enough to give me kids parking spot even he left and change me into a new and clean room on Sunday morning. Overall not a bad stay but you guys need to work on condition of property plz, this place is a gem with its location.

The building is very cute, unfortunately our room has not been kept up well. Needing paint and quite a bit of water damage in the bathroom. We actually bought cleaning products to clean floors and the shower/bathroom. The sink was severely clogged which I had a plunger and was able to clear the drain ourselves. Yes we could have called maintenance and house keeping. What can say that would be inconvenience then the hr or so and few bucks to take care of ourselves. It’s great location and inexpensive. Keep Up your beautiful property and have some pride!!!

This location is very good and I enjoyed walking threw the Local area A few negatives is that it was a holiday weekend and Parking no guaranteed on site so I kept my car there for 5 days and there is a courtyard but it was full of cars. I would just suggest to get a second floor unit because it seemed like there were families moving in above and sleeping was difficult. But the room was clean but empty of furniture In other words there was and there was a TV stand and two Bar stools and that's it and I was having back problems so I had no place to really sit for 4 nights. But the location is very good a nice restaurant like A football yard a way NA Starbucks Quarter Mile. All in all I would suggest this place Just don't get a bottom floor rm 4
