⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Perfect Beachside Stay! We had a wonderful stay at Sand and Surf! From the very start, everything was incredibly smooth—the place was so easy to find, and checking in and out was an absolute breeze. The location couldn't be better; it is literally right across the street from the beach, making it so convenient to just walk over and enjoy the ocean. We had such a fantastic time here and will definitely be recommending it to family and friends. We will absolutely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay, the room was very clean.and comfortable, it even had a kitchen area, we had all that we needed..the pool was nice too..would definitely stay here again.

Great place across the street from the beach, clean, comfortable and updated rooms. Good price as well . Nice pool Only issues were the internet is spotty loose connection often Shower water pressure wasn't great I was going to book an additional week stay but Expedia price went up by almost $300 so I decided to move to another spot But definitely a must try for the right price

The property was clean. We had a few problems with the TV connecting to the Wi-Fi. I called to get it fixed and they came out and fixed it same day. The next day when I turn the TV on, it was the same thing. It would not connect to Wi-Fi. We love that the room was clean, but there was no place to hang your clothing. Only shelves next to the bathroom. The bed was comfortable. It is not located right next to the ocean. You need to cross the highway to get to the beach.

The room was extremely clean out and well supplied with dishes and towels.. even a couple of beach towels ..stay there for five days.. and felt also very safe… Maybe if one suggestion!! Is too have in room safes Beach was literally a few minutes away walking… And the pier 10 mins walking ..and ample parking I would definitely return

Yes. The kitchen was fully stocked with essentials for cooking, including a brand new sponge and dish soap for cleaning afterwards. The place itself is in a great location. Close to many attractions including the main attraction of Florida, the beach! The room was absolutely spotless. It was an fantastic stay. My family and I are already talking about our next trip and wanting to stay there!

The staff was friendly and kind. We was checked on through out our trip by the rental company. The pool and rooms was cery clean. We was able to walk almost everywhere we wanted. It was quiet family friendly area. Would def go back.

(Family of 4)It is my second stay on Christmas vacation. The reason I booked S&S is simple, location (beach across the street) and price. Building itself is not new, however is well maintained, I am not picky, this basic that hotel provides, fits my needs. I am not coming to Florida to stay all day in hotel. Highly recommended for people that value location and $$$.

The check in was a little frustrating but that was worked out by the manager and everything else was perfect! It’s an older building but in excellent condition. The room was large, clean, and comfortable. The pool was great!

The place is ideal for a short family getaway. If you're a large group, you can rent several rooms. Just across the street, you'll find the beach. Excellent communication with the manager and the owner. It's very convenient that each room has a fully equipped kitchen, which is essential if you're traveling with children. There are several shops, restaurants, and supermarkets nearby.

Nice spacious room, many buildings are older by the beach, but you can see they keep this place well. I have stayed here twice, both rooms were very big, nice floors, nice aesthetic bathrooms. There is a pool, and normal room amenities, tv connected to the internet, some rooms have different size refrigerators, kitchen counter & stovetop, Anything more the room rate would be higher, & I rated the Experience as excellent! The management are help, just an electronic communication away, so people should just be respectful, Yes I would consider staying again, The property is on Ocean Blvd so across the street is the beach, the beach entrance is approx 2 or so blocks away.

Rooms on bottom floor can hear everything upstairs Immediate response from management on a little issue that came up but was a city situation and not the managers issue and problem. They were great in communicating and addressing the issue Full kitchen and clean.

Not much I really liked other than the pool which they needed to clean better. We had a horrible check in experience and they were not willing to work with us. They said there was use of a washer and dryer on property but there wasn’t. Maintenance wasn’t available when needed.

Me and my wife enjoyed our stay so much! We stayed a week and was treated with the best hospitality. If we needed more towels/ etc. we knew it was only a text message away. The room was clean and just a minutes walk from the beach. The host made everything super convenient and easy during check in considering we arrived at midnight. It was our first time in the area but found the stay to be just a few blocks from the pier and plenty of restaurants/shopping. We will most definitely be back and WILL stay here again! Thank you again for making our vacation an enjoyable experience!
