Difficult to reach anyone at reception (multiple phone calls unanswered, email not answered, and often nobody at the desk - only to have the “Chief Engineer” show up on two different occasions and be rude). We had a suite on the 5th floor, overlooking the beach and Ocean. The suite was immaculate as was the property. Staff is wonderful. Pool is so nice to relax in. I can't really point to anything that made us unhappy or frustrated. We had a perfectly wonderful stay. Oh..the on-premise restaurant has a great menu.

The beach is steps away from the hotel with beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels provided. Our balcony was tiny but the view was great. Our waitress at their restaurant, Jackie, was a delight! Food was good and plentiful. I reported to the office the fact there were no towel bars in the bathroom, which was quite odd.
