Horrific stay!

We had a dead roach in our room. Termite droppings all over the bed. Place was so rumned down and loud people half the night. It was horrific!

Nice place for the price

Nice stay, block from the beach, close to restaurants, clubs, etc. Plenty area to walk. Confortable bed, clean room and bathroom , ok breakfast, friendly staff.

I have used this group several times without any problems over the past 5 years, this time they charged me an extra fee of $35 to be able to stay between 11am and 4pm when I added an extra day to my stay. I have never seen this in any hotel before.

Low budget beach getaway

The property is an bit outdated, but a fantastic location. The floors were not very clean, and there weren’t many towels in the room. That being said, the room had a lot of amenities - fridge, microwave, and mini kitchen. For the price, it was a pretty good value.

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience at all at this place. Location to beach was the only positive thing. After night 2 my air conditioning as well as bathroom power outlet and lights gave out. They moved me to an even smaller and poor room. This room had the most uncomfortable bed, was dated, smelled even more musty than the first and was a lot smaller with no kitchen access. I paid for a King bed and kitchen and loss both after day 2. It was an unpleasant experience and the walk to check in at the attached store was up the street so that was annoying and not safe as I was travelling alone. My key card didn’t work multiple times and again had to walk up the street to get this fixed. Frustrating all around. I bought a few items at their little convenience store and was outdated over a year. Very low quality. Also had several cockroaches in the room and bugs aren’t cool. My honest experience.

Condition of the room and hotel is in terrible need of maintenance, upkeep and repairs. The entry door did not completely seal with daylight showing all around door frame. The deadbolt did work, so felt safe. The face of the room is in desparate need of a facelift. Broken floor and shower tiles in bedroom and bathroom, bedlamps loose, toilet paper holder broken, nail holes filled and paint job needed. We did, however, sleep well and the room was "clean" and Staff were nice.
