Everything was very clean and tidy, the kitchen and bathroom were spotless, and the area was very nice with quick access to the highway! Only one car is allowed in the parking lot per room, which isn't bad at all, just keep that in mind... but highly recommended.
The room was in good condition, but you could use an extra blanket or make the place 1° warm warmer. Coffee maker didn’t work on the communication on how to get in wasn’t great. I was texting the number from Expedia and getting no answer. When I got there, a sweet girl from a different room helped me and texted a different number and the guy got right back to her. She was an Airbnb person. She gave him my number and he gave me my code. That’s a little scary at 11 PM. The room served its purpose. The place was clean and I got to sleep for seven hours. Everywhere else was twice the price so it served its purpose.
very clean. but people ring at the door all night. i did sleep before 2 am with my flight at 7 am...

Would not let me come in before 1 and $30 to come in so I lost my money and had to book something else. They don’t have any one there to let people in they send you a code after 1 o’clock were you can’t come before.
The room was very nice. But no way to watch the TV because the remote control device was not here. The very nice host seems vexed that it was missing. Later, someone working here said they thought she had left to go try to get one at Best Buy or some such place. But patently she was not successful because there is still no remote control, and the TV has no controls on it, so I am unable to watch any TV, which I want to do.
This was our 2nd stay in 3 months. The first was good but this time it was terrible.
The sheets and cover were covered in oil stains. We were told they would change them but they didn’t.
Someone knocked on our door at 3:30am.
The entire place had a very bad smell of old sweat. It was so bad we complained.
There was no kettle and very few kitchen facilities.
The small house has about 9 small rooms with 2 shared bathrooms.l so it’s quite cramped.
It’s a great idea for pre-cruise guests who just want a bed but this time it was not clean.
I arrived and a couple was in my room.
She called someone to get me a room.
I waited an hour to get an actual room.
The lady advised 3 other guests knock the door claiming the room during the day.
Great but someone, maybe even the host, came in coughing and sneezing bad for a long while. I actually left right away and they didn't refund that last night. Its not a motel, its more like an Airbnb set up. Lot of random people in and out on a daily basis. But the rooms are spacey, its easy to deal with for a short term layover type situation.
This place is a scam! It is in a terrible neighborhood and drug dealers are everywhere! Miami police department reports there phone number to be associated with many other scams in the south Florida area.
Worst experience I ever had. The room was dirty, food scraps all over the floor. bed was broken and uncomfortable. None of the outlet was working I couldn’t even watch tv. I texted her about the issues I had, she never replied. Worst renting experience ever. Please don’t go there
Checked into the room. Asked for the TV remote via text. Was told TV not included and should have known that and when they’re clearly is a TV in the room. Then I’m told the remote was stolen. I asked for another room and was told by the same person that there’s full occupancy. There was only two cars in the driveway all night.
My observation three out of nine rooms occupied. Just a lack of respect for the guests and blatant lying. The person I spoke to had a take it or leave it attitude, and I will not be revisiting this location or recommend.
I was not present on the property for most of the time I returned and slept for four hours Then left I felt I did not get good value for my stay. I experienced deplorable customer service.
The bed frame screws we're falling off. The bed felt like it was going to break if we sat down to hard. There were quite a few blinds missing so you can see into our room. we had to cover them with sheets to change. Our room door did not lock. It had an electric door handle with a code that was not programed before we got there so i just put whatever i could infront of the door incase people tried to come in. That ment for us that when we left our room for the day, we had to pack everything and take it with us. I talked to the owner but he did nothing about it. Also, when we got there the owner said we had to pay for parking, which was $12 a night. And this was after the fact we had already checked in. Lastly, we had to share a shower with about 10 other people.
Not as described on Expedia as a guest house when I heard that I imagined a little guest home bungalow attached to a home. This was more like a hostile.. had no instructions how to enter the front door nor entering the room. You have a bed and a shared bathroom.. Property is ever grown.
Expedia needs to change description!
