It’s a great location and waterfront restaurant, food is so yummy and the view is amazing. But it’s sort of a party hotel if you don’t mind the noise. My next door neighbors were really loud the first night , but second night is much better. I ll still come back to this great location !

The building is dated,rooms were dated,Resturant food was excellent,prices for food and drink were a little extreme. Staff was very nice. When you went outside and then came back inside building you could smell a smell like sulphur or sewage. Not a pleasant smell. Rooms and hotel were clean.

For a building built in the 50s it was well taken care and comfortable for our stay. I thought the staff and valet did a great job and were very friendly. . It was a short walk to restaurants and the beach and the nights were calm and quiet on the property so we slept great.
