I love this hotel so much. Second time visit and I never want to stay elsewhere in FL. I’ve never slept on a more comfy mattress. they have a shuttle to take you to a cruise but if you are on Disney, you can WALK TO THE SHIP! Doesn’t get any better than that

Parking wasn’t the best and check in was a nightmare but, the staff was very hospitable and did everything to appease us during the lengthy wait. Wish I had more time to explore and enjoy the amenities. I did run into an issue where I was charged twice but after calling and providing receipts, the issue was resolved.
